What would cause the Structure default not populate on a shop order?

@hmccabe Please check if the Shop Order Parent Part has a Product Structure in Buildable Status. It could be the reason.

Yes, the parent part has a product structure with buildable status.

Figured it out. For some reason there was a phase out date of a past date. thanks
