Is the relevant part connected to a Manufacturing Control Plan?
Have you checked if there is an analysis result for this operation that is yet to be confirmed?

There is and analysis created for this operation which needs to be confirmed before closing this operation

Now I have reported this shop order successfully.
Now when I am receiving this shop order I am getting below mesage.
and when I am trying Auto Report option then I am getting below message.

In Reporting All operations are in closed state and qty complete is showing 1 as I have created shop order of Lot size 1.
