Hi community,

When I try to change the Shop Order Lot Size in the Cloud version, I’m getting the below error.

This error only pops up for shop orders with the Receipt Structure only, and IFS allows me to change lot size to the value shown in lot size LOV only, which is retrieved from the Recipe Structure field of ‘Batch Size by Volume’.

 

But when I executed the same scenario in Apps10, it allowed me to change the lot size.

What is the reason for this difference between both the Cloud and Apps10?

I tried but could not recreate the problem.

I first created a shop order with Lot Size = 10 picked from the LoV:

 

Then I updated to Lot Size = 20 which is another LoV value. Note that this automatically updated the structure alternate to 20:

 

Then I tried to type Lot Size = 25 which is not in the LoV. This worked fine and the structure alternate was not updated

 

Maybe you need to create a support ticket to have this investigated.
