Hello. What license does Employee A need to log in to IFS and use "Shop Floor Reporting"?
・ Only "Shop Floor Reporting LTU"?
・ "Shop Floor Reporting LTU" + "full user's license"

Prerequisites
・ Use of IFS Cloud 2021
・ Employee A uses only "Shop Floor Reporting"

Hi @SHIMY

You need a Full License for the terminal that the Shop Floor Workbench screen will be running on. Then the employees would use their Employee ID to use the SFWB screen for shop order reporting

If you have 50 employees that will report time through SWFB and one kiosk or terminal running. SFWB they would need 1 General Access License or Full Use license with License and 50 SFWB LTU licenses.

You need to define Employees

Add then define employee under Manufacturing Labor classes (this will consume SFWB License)

Setup a kiosk or a tablet with IFS Application, use a Full License user to login

Ask Employees to work with Employee ID

Even you can share created Generic user username/password to the employees

Then they can login with that user and report SFWB with employee id.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Jagath

Hello,

And as a supplement. If one of those 50 employees is also IFS User, cause he/she is a foreman and needs to do some material movements, material issues, stock or labels management, than this person needs to have:

> full licence allowing to log in on him/herself to IFS

and

> ltu licence to report operations by Workbench on runningkiosk/terminal

This might not be so obvious.
