In IFS Cloud 22R2 SU3 (and previous versions), there is an issue in the Sales Configurator.

On Page Sales Rule for Part, when creating a new Action, e.g. of type ‘Attach Optional’, selecting Value Type ‘Order Info’ will give you the wrong List of Value (LOV) for column Value. Hence it is not possible to select any of the designated values, which should be:

- Customer No
- Delivery Country for the Customer
- Latest Customer Value
- Latest Order Value
- Sales Group
- Sales Part No
- Sales Quantity
- Sales Unit of Measure
- User ID
- Supply Site

It seems like the LOV from Conditions is used instead.

Please advise if there is any correction available for this issue.

Any response from IFS on this issue?

This is still a problem in 24R2 - any plans to fix it?

The LOV should be (from https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/24r2/DefineCTOBasics/AboutSalesConfigurator.htm?StandAlone=true):

- Customer No
- Delivery Country for the Customer
- Latest Customer Value
- Latest Order Value
- Sales Group
- Sales Part No
- Sales Quantity
- Sales Unit of Measure
- User ID
- Supply Site

Hi,

There is an issue with the LOV used in the sales rule actions. Had a quick chat with the relevant PM as well.  So, if possible, please report a support case for this from your side. If it is not possible, please let me know.

Hi @Nirmitha

This is an issue in presales at this point, so no customer to report the issue for. Can this be reported in some other way?

Thanks,

Andreas

Hi,

I had an internal chat related to this. We can keep this noted, but it is impossible to prioritize this issue now, as it was not reported through support. If you see any urgency (if the customer is affected), feel free to report a support issue.

So, for the moment, we’ll keep this noted, and this will be corrected in a later release.
