If Primavera can connect to MSSQL the provider should work and the only requirement should be, installing the PROOPG IFS Provider for Oracle Primavera Gateway interface.

A good place to take a look at would be https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E59283_01/EPPM/18/eppm_18_8_tested_config.xls. This outlines the tested configuration from Oracle on what EPPM components are supported on the OPG version that IFS supports. My understanding is that from an IFS point of view as long as the certified OPG version is used, we dont really care about what sits behind OPG.
