Is there a way to track who created a routing revision and what the old value was compared to the new value in the operations?

unfortunately there’s no “Compare Routings” page similar to as available for structures. However a quick report can probably be created to list the operation differences between two different routing revisions.
The user who created the routing revision seems not be saved anywhere though :(
