How lead time calculation will work in routing screen if we enter overlap quantity or percentage. I trying to enter many scenarios but every time i get a different calculation.’
Kindly help me to this calculation.

+25The lead time calculation is well described in the about “Manufacturing Lead Time Calculation” document available from the normal IFS documentation. I have attached a copy as well.
We have found overlap creates a much more sensible result than parallel ops for our automated/ semi automated lines. When used in conjunction with one another the results seem odd. Using the document above to guide the use of overlaps matched the line runtime in our factory.
