Hi,
I’m sorry for digging out that topic but I’m trying to figure it out as well. Have you found answer to your question?
I’m mostly interested how to show customer demand (coming from plans/schedules only, not orders as they are already visible here) as planned or preliminary demand here in resource analysis.
Is it possible?
@olek , does this help at all ?
Demand Status
The column demand status is used in resource management and gets its value by mapping the status from the origin of the source. The demand status can have four different statuses Preliminary, Planned, Committed and Completed.
The following mappings are used to map the origin status from the different sources to the demand status value.
Source | Origin | Origin Status | Demand Status |
Human Resources | HR Absence | Registered | Committed |
| | Partly calculated | Committed |
| | Calculated | Committed |
| | Calculation Cancelled | Committed |
| Training events - Event Trainer | Planned | Preliminary |
| | Published | Planned |
| | Confirmed | Committed |
| | Completed | Completed |
| Training events - Event Participant | Waiting List | Preliminary |
| | Waiting Approval | Preliminary |
| | Registered | Planned |
| | Confirmed | Committed |
| | Notified | Committed |
| | Absent | Completed |
| | Attended | Completed |
Projects | Project Activity | Planned | Planned |
| | Released | Committed |
| | Completed | Completed |
| | Closed | Completed |
| Project Resource Forecast | Preliminary | Preliminary |
| | Approved | Planned |
Service and Asset | PM Action | Active | Planned |
| Maintenance Order - Work Task | New | Planned |
| | Under preparation | Planned |
| | Prepared | Planned |
| | Released | Committed |
| | Work Started | Committed |
| | Work done | Committed |
| | Reported | Committed |
| | Finished | Committed |
| Compatible Unit | Confirmed | Planned |
Thanks, I’ve already found that table, unfortunately it doesn’t help much becuase it looks that there’s no possibility to show customer demand from schedules in resource analysis.
