Is it possible to prevent users over reporting operations against shop orders?

A user a over reported the quantity produced on a shop order which I am wondering if there is a way to prevent happening again.

There is a setting under Inventory part>Manufacturing tab to prevent the over reporting of operations

Select it as Not Allowed

 

Do you know if this is available in Apps 8 as I cannot locate it. I know that it is available in Apps 9

This will only inform the operator, is it possible to block it completely?

We had to create a custom event (Apps 9)

In Apps 10 you can configure whether a warning, or error should be given to the operator when reporting more than the allowed tolerance.

Is this Option Available in IFS8.

 

I visited Inventory part>Manufacturing tab to prevent the over reporting of operations but I dont see option to Select it as Not Allowed

Any help will be really appreciated.
