Report Creation

I suggest starting with “F1”  the online help section . Go to Technical help documentation and navigate to “IFS Administration and Configuration Guide” .

Within this navigate to “Reporting” and then “Adhoc reporting”. See screenshots below.

For Query Builder , you need to understand reporting basics ( what are keys, joins, why they are needed etc) , but once you start with some basic queries, for ex: the first one in your list, is all about one view “Shop Order Operations”  go try it out. You need more concepts to be understood as you increase your requirement

Better Bet , in this world of AI:  Invest in refining your prompts to Chatgpt/Copilot or Claude - your preferred AI LLM models .  Will be more helpful, in learning as well as getting the results you need.
