Is there an existing window where we can record Propane (Gas) In and Out Quantities without generating GL transactions.
Customers’ ultimate requirement is to extract a report and post a compiled GL entry at the end of the period.

I don’t recall any standard window for this kind of Functionality. But as a work around you can use Expense Part with Zero cost and counting functionality to record the In & Out. or Else, you can use a custom Logical unit to record the GAS In & Out and take a out put from there.
