Quality - Root Cause Analysis - IFS APP 10

Hi, 

Does anyone know if IFS App 10 has any quality tools for root cause analysis such as:

5W 2W

5 Why?

Pareto analysis?

Ishikawa?

If so, where and how can I use them?

And is the screen (8D) in the attached document part of the App 10 standard?
