IFS Notify Me is the app you are looking for PR and PO approvals.

If you are running APPS10 Update7 you can use the new Aurena lobby “My Purchase Authorizations”. It is designed to be mobile first and then you don´t need to setup notify me, you can just use what you have setup in core.
