Hi, I’m reaching out to the community to help me. I want to assess a number of sites as to how mature their PMRP and MRP processes are. Are there any key indicators that would give a good indication of how these sites are managing with MRP?
Such as the number of manual transfers, the number of PMRP orders vs MRP orders, the number of duplicate parts in project inventories, etc.
Your help would be appreciated?
