Hello, 

 

What unit of measure is the Priority Adjustment Factor Weight calculation utilizing? If we have this field set to 100  and the adjustment factor is set to 1000 then how is the the Original date being adjusted (minutes, hours, days)?

Original Date + [100 * ( 1 - 1000/ 100 )] or Original Date - 900 what?

Hi KelseyLewis,

In APB/CBS it is designed to adjust the dates based on maximum of 10 days earlier and 10 days later vice versa.

Based on this adjustment, Adjusted dates columns are updating.

APB/CPS Show contents dialog.

Adjustment Factor range is fixed as -999 to 1000. Beyond these levels would be considered as maximum/minimum.

So the Dates are adjusting as shown in the example graph below.

However the way of this definition is already changed in newer MSO solution by introducing all new ‘MSO priority score’ column in IFS cloud.
