Hello - 

We are on IFS APP10 IEE - UPD 22.

We have one use at one of our locations having issues printing. They will print a large batch job from IFS, and in the Print Manager the bulk of the job will get stuck in “Remote Working” while some jobs will end up in the Error Queue with the error “Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.”. 

This one user is reporting this issue frequently lately. I have seen this error a couple times for other users, but not repeatedly as it is for this one user. I’ve Googled this error and it appears to be a Windows message? Is it credential related? Does anyone know how to resolve?

If I go in and clear the errored jobs, and then RMB >  “Restart” the jobs in Remote Working, then they will spool.
