IFS picking list is in PDF format, and our user hate it. they would like it to be in excel format.

Have you’ve considered defining an Excel Plug-In for the built-in pick list report?
You can define a custom layout for a built-in report so that it will output the information in Excel instead of a PDF. I’ve attached a sample of an Excel Layout for the Customer Age Analysis report.
IFS has good documentation on I’ve attached a link to the 23R1 Cloud but you can use the Application 10 documentation you most likely have in-house to study and get familiar with defining an Excel layout for the built-in reports. You could then setup IFS so when you choose to print the report it would generate the Excel file and email it to you or someone else using the PDF Archive event action.
