We have an operation on a SO that was closed and reopened that we can not see in SFWB. The operation shows as Partially Reported. I have tried the different Selection and Dispatch Rules and it didn’t help. You can see it with the Shop Order entered, which doesn’t help us, we have folks using it based on their work center.

I assume the qty to be reported =0 for the Operation, when the operation is closed. So when we have the “Selection” in the Workbench header = Executable, you would not see those operations that are fully reported/ scraped as nothing more to be reported (executed) on them.
Please make sure to set the Selection = All in the Workbench Header.
This way you should be able to see all the Operations (even closed ones), but make sure the Operation is falling within the time frame shown under the “Interval” in the Header , it is set as -30 to 30 by default, that means all operations belonging to that time period in days from the current date.
So those operations 30 days in the past and 30 days in the future will be displayed,
If the operation has a date further in the past or in the future you need to increase the days limit accordingly in the “Interval” Section.
Increase the minus limit for those Operations further in the Past and increase the Plus Limit for those operations further in the future.
