In Part Master Data > Revisions and Attributes>Part Revision

Was there a change in IFS at some point that auto-populates the Revision No into the Revision Text field? We use revision text occasionally for a different piece of part master meta data and now seeing a system generated value in this field is causing issues and confusion.
