Anybody knows if there is a limitation in how many operations the can be connected to an opeartaion block?
I get this error when connect 68 operations (67 works fine).
Second question, You can start all operations in one block by Start Production, if a second labor shall support, you cannot join the production for all operations, join operation is disabled if select more that n record, any setting to allow join all operations in a block?

Hej Anders!

I’m not aware of any intentional hard limit for the number of operations. The error is probably caused by a technical limitation that can be seen across the application where a selection of records are brought to a dialog/assistance. If you select and connect the 67 operations and then select and connect an additional number, does it work then? Or if you connect them from the Available Operations tab on the Operation Block page?

Depending on the work center settings, the operations are can be started either “in sequence” or “in parallel” in Shop Floor Workbench. If they are started in sequence, you can select any of the operations and click Join Production which will start the time for the employee on all operations in the same sequence.

Hi Björn
“Or if you connect them from the Available Operations tab on the Operation Block page?”
Yes, it’s possible to add to the block, but later when use this Operation Block in SFW, the same issue pops up again and in that case, no workaroud exists as the clocking shall be for all operations.
Bug is created by IFS R&D for this.
