Using Apps8. Trying to figure out why the notes that are put on a Structure is on every Shop Orders Tracking and History, is there a way to stop them from appearing on the Shop Orders?

There are three notes field on the Product Structure, which one are you referring to?
This is V9, but it is similar in my recollection:
The Structure Header, Structure Alternate, and Components Line all have notes.
The notes on the Components Line are intended to carry over to the Shop Order material lines. For the others, I don’t remember there being a connection from the Structure to the Shop Order for the notes.

Notes on the Product Structure Header are added hoping it contains common information related to the Specific Revision of the product and displayed in the Tracking and History Tab hoping these notes will be useful when manufacturing the product,
Small customization would help to get rid of these notes from appearing in the Tracking and History Tab of the Shop Order.
