When running capability check, are non-consumed components considered if qty per assembly>0, lead time>0?

@Heshani Jayawickrama

As per my understanding this is the as design behaviour of the system.

As a workaround you can exclude parts from capability check by changing the flag in product structure component line from "promised" to "not promised".

Hi Heshani,

The application is designed in a way where the lead times of non-consumed parts are considered for capability check.

However, it is possible to exclude parts from capability check by changing the flag in product structure component line from "promised" to "not promised".

The value Not Promised will exclude this part and all associated component parts from the Capability Check used within IFS/Customer Orders.

Best Regards,
