I have a question for you. Has anyone encountered this functionality?Where is this in the system? Where can I found more info?

@r.zyszkiewicz  I was looking through the What’s new in 23R2 presentations, and in Service Mgmt I see they introduced Shifts (Regular - On Call). Maybe the shift number could be related to this?

I’m attaching here the PPT. Check out this functionality from page 109 onwards.
