Could you share more details on this specific part? i.e whether its being used in any orders/scrapping details etc?

@Theja can you check the product structure of the part shown on the error message to see if the part IP651 is a component of that?

@Theja  looking at the error I think there is an object for this part. 

In the Equipment Object Navigator window search for the part number(BSD****) in the message. If you get a record check whether the Operational Status is “Scrapped”. Probably this could be the reason.
