Downloaded Touch Apps MWO Maintenance 10 onto Android machine.

Added the Redirect URL

  • ifs-app.com.ifsworld.mwo10://app

in IFS Middleware Server Admin Console

But still receive the following error:

Somethin went wrong!

Reference:  IDP-5RGrwta2bKzm

Code: IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW

Message: Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements

Information:  Invalid redirect URL

For the MWO Maintenance Touch App the redirect URI is:

ifs-mworkorder10nextgeneam://auth

Cheers

James

I have downloaded the above apps from the google play store and entered the required re-direct url in IFS Middleware Server Admin Console.

On clicking on the App and logging in when the login page appears I eventually get the following message:

An error has occurred

Application MaintEngApp is not enabled in the system.

Please contact your system administrator to resolve the issue.

I have looked on the TAS Server and cannot see the app listed.

The new MWO Maintenance App will only work with IFS Applications 10 UPD4 onwards. On top of this you must have the MWO Maintenance projection installed. You can check to see if the projection is available to grant to your mobile users by looking in Permission Sets > Activities and look for a folder named “TouchApp MaintEngApp 1”

@James Ashmore we are on IFS Applications 10 UPD 6.

On checking Permission Set > Activities tab I can only see 3 TouchApp folders:

  • TouchApp CRM Companiion 10 1
  • TouchApp NotifiyMe 1
  • TouchApp TimeTracker 10 1

So I am guessing that you do not have the MWO module installed in your environment. The MWO Maintenance App requires this module to function. You can check to see if this module exists by checking the Module report or querying the records in the module view via a SQL statement.

Cheers

James

@James Ashmore Thank you so much for your reply.  On checking MODULE we do not have Mobile Work Orders.   We have Work Orders and Maintenance etc.

Will query this with our employers as this would be very useful.
