Customers in the Tire Manufacturing industry seems to be using the manual Issue Option instead of the backflush from shop orders.

The business need would depend per order and BOM would change, hence using backflush would be impossible.

Like more input from Global Tire Manufacturing Companies on how its handled by them.

Measuring the input and output at each stage of production. Taking into account the wastage through Shop floor analysis and documenting via NCR.

Certain clients seems to have integration for the reporting.

As the process is highly dynamic its advised to use Manual issue of Qty . The use of workbench and WADACO are also practiced.
