Is it possible to reprint a Shop Order picklist several days after the original was provided
We have a client who has a process under which a Shop Order pick list is created and then follows the Assembly it refers to throughout the Assembly procedure.
At times this original Pick List can get lost, damaged or defaced to the point it becomes unreadable.
Other than going to the Print Manager and hoping that the original is still in the list, is there any way of reprinting the original pick list from within the Shop Order

Hi @AsahiNick,
Yes, you can reprint the original Shop Order Pick List.
Please review the screenshot below.

@AsahiNick The above mentioned activity will create the pick list. Once a shop order material reservation has been included on a pick list, it cannot be included again on another pick list why this pick list would come out blank unless new material was reserved since the last was created.
Instead you can print and re-print an existing pick list from below page
Good Morning Abdul / Bjorn, currently neither proposed solution appears to work, firstly, provided the order meets 2 Paramaters (The Parts have all been reserved, and the order is not closed) the Print option will include the Pick List option, but when used and previewed it is blank.
Bjorn, when I use the menu path suggested the SHOP ORDER PICKLISTS screen is empty, so when I go directly to the CREATE PICKLISTS FOR SHOP ORDER screen and enter the data as below and use FINISH
I receive a confirmation message telling me the PICKLIST has been printed
But when I go to the SHOP ORDER PICKLISTS screen it is still blank
Also if I go to the SHOP ORDER and try to Print the Picklist again from there I get the information message in Yellow below
However I think I may have found a solution myself as if I follow the Menu Path: SHOP ORDER REPORTS → CREATE SHOP ORDER REPORTS → Enter the Shop Order Data (see below)
use the Next button and select the Report combination shown below:
and select the PICK LISTS PER ORDER NUMBER option:
Use the FINISH button, and although I get the same INFORMATION MESSAGE (as was highlighted in Yellow previously telling me the PICKLIST cannot be created) I do get the PRINT selection screen below:
and selecting PREVIEW gives the required result:
Well the material says its already been issued so maybe the picking was already reported?
Yes that’s the case, the clients requirement is to be able to attach a copy of the Pick List to the item being manufactured and have it accompany the part throughout the Assembly process, but sometime it gets lost damaged defaced so they need to reprint and reattach it
@AsahiNick Then you don’t want a Pick List report but more of a traveler document. Both the Shop Order report and the Work Instruction report have the material requirements included so hopefully those can solve the requirement.
