Hi Rajendra - While we don’t have a document that outlines the differences between Apps 8 and Apps 9, there are resources around each release in the partner portal. Do you have access?
Release notes can be found here (requires partner login). There are also lots of videos around Apps 9 and 10 functionality here (requires registration, but available to anyone).
