How to fix this "All created Analysis must be confirmed or cancelled before the operation no 100 is closed."
Hi, could you please help me to fix the following error. If I complete all the analysis, then this issue is fixed. But, according to the test plan, customer is doing this without completing all the analysis. as, for their business scenario, it needs to be applied. So, could you please let me know, if there is any parameter to function this?

Hi @Sithari Dharmadasa,
If you are in the 24R2 version, then you can enable Allow Unconfirmed Analysis option to avoid this error.
However, for earlier versions, once the Shop Order analysis is created manually or through the Control Plan trigger, the Shop Order Analysis status should either be cancelled or confirmed to proceed with the operation reporting. Please cancel the Shop Order Analysis for Operation 100 and then try to receive the Shop Order.
For future Shop Orders, if analysis is not required, remove all Sample Frequency Triggers defined for the Parts’ Control Plan (you might need to create a new revision for the Control Plan to do this).
In addition to this, ensure the Mandatory Create Shop Order Analysis option is disabled for Part in Quality Options for Control Plan Manufacturing screen.
Hope this helps!

Thank you, Abdul. The version which I referred is 23R1.
Please cancel all Shop Order Analysis before receiving Shop Order.
Please refer my last reply to avoid mentioned error for future Shop Orders.
Thank you, Abdul. But for my scenario, the remaining analysis needs to be complete after it ship for another site. So, I think it is not possible to cancel the shop order analysis.
Could you please guide me if I can do this?
Nope, it is not possible in 23R1 to proceed without cancelling and confirming Shop Order Analysis.
Please confirm how Customer shipping stock from Site A to Site B. Is it Distribution Order/Internal Purchase/Transport Task?
Thank you, Abdul for your reply on this.
This is done by shipment order.
The only option left is to define the Inventory Control Plan at Site B and perform quality analysis after receiving stock since it is not possible to receive the Shop Order without cancelling or confirming the Shop Order Analysis at Site A.
