From where I can check the IFS version 8 total specification(i.e SP …?) we are using.

If you have access to Harvest where all the component files (including delivery files) reside you could check the SP version there. Also if you have access to IPE (IFS Project Explorer) you could view the SP version. But above 2 methods are more technical locations, and for customer interface there should be another feasible location (maybe with deliveries) and this information should have been provided to you at some point or kindly contact regional IFS consultant associated to verify.
