How can 'Adjustment Factor Weight' be changed?
Is there a field, somewhere in IFS, where we can change this variable as we see fit?

You can change the Adjustment factor from Shop Order Priorities page.
And Priority Adjustment Factor weight from Shop Order Scheduling Basic Data page.
