Hi Christèle,

Have you logged in using APPOWNER credentials?

What is the UPD version?

Try below steps. I guess this is a test/train environment.

Unpublish the custom fields connected to this window
Refresh the server cache (Dictionary, Reference, Object Connections)
Restart the application
Check the error
If you need the custom fields back re-publish them and follow the steps 2, 3 and 4

This is a known issue.

Please run following script in plsql developer or any other tool you are using to avoid that.
