This is a known limitation in our current solution, and it is part of our product backlog for product group manufacturing, i.e. it is a candidate for future development. The recipe structure is a complex page with several different ways of entering the structure and not easy to just add into the estimate. Therefore it was not added as part of the released estimate bid management solution.

Estimate Bid Management does not currently work with Recipes only Product Structures. Is this a limitation or can we implement this?

This is a known limitation. 

Could I know why in this scenario your/customer trying to use  Estimate Bid Managemen for Recipes, also method customer is currently using ? This would help us suggest an alternative way of working.
