We are running this report, but not sure how to used below parameters that are highlighted in yellow. Kindly advise. Thank you.

  • Released After
  • Obsolete After
  • Active After

Hi @ronhu ,

These are the dates parameter to consider the engineering revisions to reflect in the report and it works as below

Date Released after: Earliest release date for the specified part (i.e., Part Number: %). The format is YYYY-MM-DD, i.e., 2023-05-12.

Date Obsolete after: Earliest obsolete date for the specified part.

Date Active after: Earliest active date for the specified part.

Above values are validate from the below fields of engineering revision

This options wont be much useful if you are running report for a single product as this validates only the top parts and not the dates of the connected component but this option will be handy when run this report for multiple or all the engineering parts by using % in Part No field where report will only consider the multilevel structure of those product which are having the dates later than specified.

Yes, you need to enter dates in this format else the date entered wont be taken into consideration.
