In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.

“The quantity reserved tor part XXX on site xx at location xxx should not be negative.”

Could anyone assist me with this.

Hi @Savinda.Tennakoon,

For the respective part, both On-Hand Quantity and Reserved Quantity are 0 in the Inventory Part in Stock page. This inconsistency leads to the negative reservation validation error when updating the disposition line status.

Recommend performing a data repair to set the On-Hand Quantity and Reserved Quantity to 1. The Disposition Shop Order can then be successfully approved without any issues.

Cheers,

SN
