Delete Serial Object Created after Customer Order Line was Delivered

A serial object was created from a customer order line where the Create SM Object box was checked, after the line was delivered. Is it possible to delete the serial object?

Hi Holly,

 

If the customer order is in delivered state, you can delete the object.

But first you have to RMA the item back to inventory.(RMB on customer order > Handle return material authorization > create.)

 

 

Once return is completed, you can delete the object.
