Custom Field not visible in DeliveryStructure

Hello

 

We’ve added a new custom field in this view, but it is not visible in the pager designer

As you can see in the first screenshot, the entity configuration wasn't synchronized. After synchronization the custom attributes became visible in Page Designer as expected.

Hi @FRSMDE,

Please check whether the system parameter “Custom Attributes Framework” is set to ON. This is most probably set to OFF.

When this is off, you can still add custom attributes using Entity Configurations, but cannot add them to the page using Page Designer.

Thanks for your answer, but this parameter is on:

 

We would expect, that we can add the field here, I’ve done this several times in other windows and it worked.Do you have an other idea?

But we are really sure that we have tested that before, while the custom field was published, doesn’t matter, we can close the question
