Control Plan - Purchasing Sample Size

Hi,

 

Pictured is the analysis result screen in our old system. In Operation 70(It could have been something else.), when the sample size was 10 and we wanted to enter the results, a different screen opened at the bottom and we entered all the results there. Then it averages and writes it at the top automatically.

but in IFS 10 it adds as many rows as the sample size and it doesn't show the results in a single line.

 

Is it possible to do it like the old system? If possible, we would appreciate your help.

Hi Âdil,

Your IFS screenshot is only a overview page. Normally you use the Purchasing Analyses or Shop Order Analyses page:

 

And here you have the same as in your old system:

I actually use the same screen, but when I complete the results it shows as in the screenshot. At the 10th data point, shouldn't the mean value be 0.5? I wonder if I made a mistake in creating the control plan? 

 

SPC and Capability Indices are ticked as in the screenshot.

Can you see any mistakes when you look at the screenshot? Do I have the upper and lower limits in the right place?
