Can't reopen a shop order - error

Hi,

We get an error when trying to open one of our closed shop orders.

The error says:-

“The Reserved Lot Batch object already exists”

Does anyone know how to resolve it - we’ve not seen this error before and other shop orders are able to be re opened.

We’re using Apps 7.5

Hi @gemcka 

We can't tell the exact reason for this error without doing a technical investigation as this error occurred for different reasons. Most probably there will be a data-related issue in reserved_lot_batch_tab.
But to tell the exact reason, need to investigate further by debugging the code,

So please report a case to GSO Support, then they will investigate the issue.

I’ve tried to log a support ticket but I’m having trouble - the website seems unresponsive?
