If I have 2 sites, Site A and Site B, and I created a Customer Order for Site A and the DOP Header is created for Site A, is it possible to create the PRs required for the DOP to be created in Site B.
This scenario is since Site B shouldn’t see the stocks of Site A, but the stocks must be procured from Site A and sent to B as a centralized procurement.
Is this possible in the IFS Cloud Standard?

If I understood your question clearly, Yes it is possible. Irrespective of the fact that the demand is processed over DOP or Not, you can do the multisite procurement based on the demand coming from another site.
After the demand generation from DOP order in Site A, it will generate a PR and/or PO in Site A to Site B. Then during the MRP explosion in Site B system will generate the supplies for the Customer order from Site A customer in Site B.
