Hello Experts !

I have a business scenario to resolve. Appreciate your help here.

In MRO world, as soon as the engine parts are disassembled, they are sent for cleaning process. For example, one disassembly shop order could contain 100+ disposition shop orders beneath it. Always, each disposition shop order's 1st operation is ‘Cleaning’ activity under same work center with same labor class.

The cleaners/mechanics have to clock-in all these cleaning operations one by one for all disposition shop orders which is a time consuming activity while all these parts are cleaned bulk.

Is there a way to clock-in set of cleaning operations from set of disposition shop orders together using shop floor work bench ? That mean, actual operation time also should be split equally among them.

(Ex: Initially, 10 cleaning operations from 10 DSOs should be clocked-in together, later next 15 cleaning operations from 15 DSOs should be clocked-in together)

Hi,

An operation block can be used for the purpose.
