We currently change the part status to “Suspend” in Inventory Part when Engineering has a change to execute and don’t want planning to be able to release shop orders.
Unfortunately, it also blocks MRP from executing for that specific part number and we lose all visibility.
Is there another way to block planning or purchasing but still executing MRP?
We are in Apps 10 UPD 8.
