Our company recently migrated IFS from IFS8 to IFS Cloud (?). To keep the same functionality when working with documents as in IFS8, we have to install the Aurena Agent. I installed both parts of the Aurena, the Extension in Chrome and the part that has to be installed on the PC. Installation was successful, and i can see the IFS Logo at the Chrome extension and in the Task bar of the PC. The extension is active and it has access to the relevant server where IFS is running. So far everything seems ok! But when i look in the User settings of IFS it looks like that:

Everything greyed out, nothing accessible, and it says that the Aurena Agent is not properly installed!

Does anyone have an idea?
