can anyone of you point me what might cause this error when I’m trying to load Shop Orders to APB ?

Can you try to reload APB after clearing up the registry of your PC?
Or you can try to start APB client from a different PC instance.
As it seems the client is not loading due to a bad cached data in the registry.
