Hi,

I’m  trying to use APB with Laborclasses and i had an error like picture in attachment. How can I fixed that ?

This is a problem of , required data being changed during the current APB session.

Example.

You load APB with work center A

Then you remove few persons from the labor class.

Then you reschedule operations within APB For removed labor persons ( by drag and drop  lets say).

Then you try to save back the schedule.

At this point APB can not find the person to assign the operation in the database. Those sort of data inconsistencies may lead to these sort of problems. Try reloading.  It should work. Ideally this should no happen. So please contact RND if problem persists.

Hi,

Example;

I load APB with  Work center BW-01. Then I did not remove anyone from the labor class.

I'm trying to schedule a newly opened scheduled shoporder for the first time.

I get the same error in other work centers too other than BW-01 work center. There seems to be a different error.

Does the problem appear even if you load full site. Rather than use work center BW-01 filter?

Yes, but in the scenario where I do not choose a labor class and only use work center time, I do not receive an error during load.

This is something that IFS has to investigate further .Please contact usual support channels by raising t a ticket. Thank you.

Hi @Saman K ,

I searched for the role mentioned in the error text with the query below. and I saw it mentioned in two places.

I cannot find the >>>> ELSIF constraint_type_ = 'LABORCLASSES' THEN
resource_type_ := 'LABORCLASS'; >>>» value in the package when I query the table.

I think the problem is because I cannot see the laborclass resource_type_ information? How can I fixed that ?
