Report View Error

Hi,

This error tells me either

• The Crystal Web Server is not accessible or running
• The System Parameters page in IFS is not correct for Reporting-The machine name where the Crystal Web Service is installed

I would ensure the above two items are correct, that’s basically what the error message is saying.

This error can be seesn when the System Parameter for the Crystal Intergration is not correctly configured.
