Hello,

how is it possible to change the design time to “NO”? 

Otherwise the layout cannot be deleted.

Assuming you’re looking at a custom layout, this thread may help.

 

Thank you @Tracy Norwillo. I ended up changing the value directly on the database. After that I was able to delete the layout.
