Rename Report Attachment in Email

Hi,

We have a report rule setup for the report CUST_STMT_ACCT_REP which sends an email for users. we have renamed the attachment as below to take the customer no.

Environment = Apps9

 

But the attachment name is not getting the customer no and we receive attachment name as below.

 

Are we missing anything here?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Srinithy, 

Please try with adding * like below,
*[@CUST_STMT_ACCT_REP/CUSTOMERS/CUSTOMER/CUSTOMER_NO]*

And also I believe that, you add this condition for the Type “Route to Connect” and Action Property “Subject”.
