Hi,
We have App10m we are getting this error Maytime's and we done most of the recommendations like:
Take the initpub backup.
Uninstall the crystal services.
Re install crystal service from new zip in IFS instance folder (install CWS from IFS Home)
Restart the IIS.
Retry generating the PDF report
Nothing work!!!!
We created 8 instances for crystal to make load balance also it’s not working!!!!
Also we checked log file and nothing there
